Hunter-Reay’s charity to add exclusive Racing School and Golf event in December 2015
INDIANAPOLIS (JULY 29, 2015) Ryan Hunter-Reay’s charity, Racing for Cancer, is known for ‘The Yellow Party’ fundraising events that are centered around the Verizon IndyCar Series schedule to raise money to primarily support cancer initiatives that focus on early detection and prevention and childhood cancer.
Hunter-Reay is excited to announce a new, exclusive fundraising event this December, called “Race to Beat Cancer”. This one of a kind event includes a two-day exclusive racing school with the Skip Barber Racing School at the Mazda Raceway Laguna Seca in Monterey, CA. Only twenty-four participants/supporters are available. Up to six of the event participants will also have the opportunity to golf at the world renowned Pebble Beach Golf Links. Participants will stay at the famous Inn at Spanish Bay, and enjoy other one of a kind experiences with Ryan Hunter-Reay and another Verizon IndyCar Series driver to be named soon. The event will run from December 7-9, 2015 in Monterey, CA. All net proceeds of this event will directly benefit Racing for Cancer.
